- In Booking Experts — does the booking exist on the Europarcs / BE side? For external bookings (Airbnb / B.com / Direct): yes after we place the personal-use booking via Playwright. For Europarcs-direct bookings: always yes (that's where they originate).
- In Smoobu — does the booking / block exist in Smoobu? For external bookings: yes (we got the webhook from Smoobu, so by definition it's there). For Europarcs-direct bookings: trusted yes — Smoobu's native Individual iCal portal pulls from the same BE feed and creates the block. We don't actively push, so we don't verify in real time.
- Email sent — did the Europarcs procedure email go out? Only applies to external bookings; shows recipient + timestamp. For Europarcs-direct bookings: not applicable (no email needed — Europarcs is the source).
